📋1. Introduction

Each player may hold only one registered account on bdt11. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed immediately upon detection, with any pending balances subject to review. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep this information updated throughout your use of the platform. Your obligations include:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

• Completing any identity verification (KYC) process requested by bdt11, including submitting a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method documentation.

bdt11 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms. Upon closure, bdt11 will endeavour to return legitimate funds to the verified payment method on file, subject to standard review procedures.

💰4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bdt11 supports a range of payment methods suited to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa or Mastercard where applicable. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following policies apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

bdt11 employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems operating around the clock. Any suspicious activity is logged, reviewed, and acted upon without prior notice to the account holder. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities when required by law.
